Very rude management. I have medium brown with blond highlights and the girl that sold me the red hair said that the hair could be change to my hair color so I took it to my hairdresser and she said no way. I really don't know if they know much. Stay away from this place. P.s. If you want to bring back hair still in the package they do store credit only.
